MSTF Partners asked us to help telling the story of the symbol of the Tourism of Portugal by Jose de Guimarares. In August 1992, once tourism had been incorporated in Portugal, there was a need to establish a clear identity for Portugal as a tourist destination. Jose de Guimaraes, one of the most acclaimed artists in Portugal, was asked to design a symbol representing tourism of Portugal. This animation portrays the artist's journey throughout the creation of the symbol which represents Portugal worldwide.
